Ukusetshenziswa kwezindwangu ezihlanganisiwe ze-fiber yengilazi ku-RTM kanye nenqubo yokufaka i-vacuum

Izindwangu ezihlanganisiwe zefayibha yengilaziZisetshenziswa kabanzi kwi-RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) kanye nezinqubo zokufaka i-vacuum, ikakhulukazi kulezi zici ezilandelayo:

1. Ukusetshenziswa kwezindwangu ezihlanganisiwe ze-fiber yengilazi enqubweni ye-RTM
Inqubo ye-RTM iyindlela yokubumba laphoi-resinifakwa esikhumbeni esivaliwe, bese i-fiber preform ifakwa futhi iqiniswe ukugeleza kwe-resin. Njengezinto eziqinisayo, izindwangu ze-glass fiber composite zidlala indima ebalulekile enqubweni ye-RTM.

3. Izibonelo ezithile zohlelo lokusebenza

  • (3)Ensimini yamandla omoya, izindwangu ezihlanganisiwe zefayibha yengilazi zisetshenziswa njengezinto zokuqinisa futhi zihlanganiswe nenqubo yokufaka i-vacuum ukukhiqiza ama-blade amakhulu e-wind turbine.

Izindwangu ezihlanganisiwe zefayibha yeglasi zinamathuba amaningi okusetshenziswa kanye nenani elibalulekile ezinqubweni ze-RTM kanye ne-vacuum infusion.
