In the alkali-free direct roving market, most producers maintained stable prices. Although the implementation of the price increase plan announced in early November varied, negotiations at the end of the month are more important. On the supply side, a new production line in North China began operation, while existing production lines maintained stable output. Demand remained weak, with purchasing activity mainly driven by short-term demand, and customers focused on order fulfillment and payment.
As of November 27, 2025, the mainstream transaction price of 2400tex alkali-free direct spun roving remained stable in the range of 3250-3700 yuan/ton. The national average price was RMB 3535.25/ton (including tax, CIF price), basically unchanged from last week, and slightly down 2.0% year-on-year.
* Electronic Yarn and Fabrics: High Capacity Utilization, Firm Price Outlook
The electronic yarn (G75) market remained stable. Major kilns maintained high production-to-sales ratios, benefiting from stable orders for standard electronic yarn and a slight decrease in supply due to product mix adjustments at some factories. Meanwhile, the supply of high-end electronic yarns such as the D series and E series remained tight. Although prices were stable last week, the market generally expects prices for these high-end products to rise in the near future.
Last week, the mainstream price for G75 electronic yarn was between RMB 8800-9300/ton. The price of 7628 electronic fabric remained stable at RMB 3.9-4.4/meter, and was negotiable based on order volume.
