Product Application

Fiberglass chopped strand is mainly used for reinforcing thermoplastics. Fiberglass chopped strand products are widely used in automobile, construction, aviation daily necessities, etc. Typical Fiberglass chopped strand products are automobile parts, electronic and electrical products, machinery products, etc.

Fiberglass chopped strand can also be used to strengthen the mortar concrete seepage and crack-resistant excellent inorganic fibres, but also alternative to polyester fibres, lignin fibres, etc. used to strengthen the mortar concrete very competitive products, but also to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt concrete, low-temperature resistance to cracking and fatigue resistance, and prolong the service life of the road surface, and so on.

AR Fiberglass Chopped Strands Added To Concrete- Chopped glass fiber are based on silane coupling agent and special sizing formulation, compatible with PA, PBT/PET,PP, AS/ABS, PC,PPS/PPO,POM,LCP

1.Fiberglass chopped strand is high temperature resistant, heat insulation, non-flammable, anti-corrosion, sound insulation, tensile strength, insulation. However, it is brittle and has poor abrasion resistance.

2.Fiberglass chopped strand is mainly used for industrial filtration materials, electrical insulation materials, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, shock-absorbing materials. It can also be used as reinforcing material, Fiberglass chopped strand is used to make reinforced plastics or rubber, gypsum and cement products.

3.Coated glass fibre can improve the flexibility, Fiberglass chopped strand is used to make packaging cloth, window screen, wall cloth, cover cloth, protective clothing and insulation, sound insulation materials.

Packing

fiberglass chopped strands, will be packaging with plastic bags or boxes, and being assembled in cartons and plates. Packaging requirement could be customized.

Product Storage and Transportation 

Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture proof area. Best used within 12 months after production date. They should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use. The products are suitable for delivery by the way of ship, train, or truck.
